JSC  "Gutta"  Management  Board  made  a decision to create a corporate

management organisation: structure of group of entrepreneurs, which are

included  in  joint-stock  company headed by president N.Lovcovs, and 3

regional  management  structures - Baltic, Russia, and Ukraine. General

director of Baltic regional management is Mr.Uldis Ronis. The structure

created according to international standards of corporate management.
