On  March  23 JSC "Hansapank" increased the share capital of JSC "Eesti

Kindlustus"  by  EEK  1  million  to EEK 83,3 million. Through a closed

issue JSC "Eesti Kindlustus" issued 100 000 new shares with a par value

of  EEK 10 and a premium of EEK 240 per share. As a result of the issue

the total shareholders equity increased by EEK 25 million
