Note on the Securities Lists paragraph 24.5. has decided starting March

8,1999  to  suspend  the  quotation  of  JSC "Rigas Komercbanka" on the

Oficial  list  and  pursuant  to the Enforcement note on members of the

Riga  Stock  Exchange,  part  4,  point  2  and  2,  to suspend members

activities.
