JSC  "Rigas  Komercbanka"  unaudited  loses  for  the 1998 were LVL 1,2

million.  In  the  second part of the year JSC "Rigas Komercbanka" sold

part  of  their  securities  portfolio and the rest of it is undergoing

revaluation  by  international audit company. After conclusion of audit

bank will furnish financial statement which will give real notion about

banks financial status on the December31, 1998.
