The  decision  with  regard  to  assignment of investment credit to JSC

"Gutta" in the form of partly convertible loan for 8

years  at  amount  of 14 million USD, passed by Operations Committee of

ERAB  at  the beginning of October, was confirmed by Board of Directors

of  European  Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on October

27, 1998.
