Pursuant  to the Regulations of Riga Stock Exchange, part V, section 1,

point  7,  the  board of Riga Stock Exchange has decided to suspend the

quotation  of  'Olaines  ķīmiski - farmaceitiskā rūpnīca' on the Second

list of Riga Stock Exchange starting from September 2,1998.
