aģentūra"  , a/s "Staburadze" has bought 157 500 shares or 52,5% of a/s

"Naruta" (address:

Zaļā ielā 1a, Dagda, Krāslavas rajons) shares.

Price  of  stocks  were 162 500 Ls, and payment was divided into 50% of

lats and

50%  of  privatisation  vouchers,  in  terms  described by a/s "Naruta"

privatisation rules.
