Three-side  agreement  about  insurance  of customs warranty was signed

among  JSC  "Balta",  JSC  "Parekss  AK"  and JSC "Rīgas Apdrošināšanas

Sabiedrība".  The  part  of Balta in this agreement is 45%, Parekss has

45%  and part for Rīgas Apdrošināšanas Sabiedrība is 10%. All companies

have  signed  an agreement with State Revenue Office and has received a

guarantor status for insurance of customs warranties.
