A/s  "Latvijas  Unibanka"  and  one  of the leading insurance brokerage

companies  SIA  KRG  on  27  July reached the agreement that, after the

latter increased its share capital to 30,000 lats, Unibanka would buy a

70% stake in SIA KRG.

The parties also resolved that SIA KRG be transferred into an insurance

joint-stock  company Insurance Brokerage Company "Unipolise". Its share

capital is to be doubled soon afterwards.
