JSC  'Olainfarm'  has  borrowed  1,600,000  USD on June,22 in change of

discounted  short-term  bonds,  which  are  registered in LCD. The face

value of one bond is

100,000  USD  and  they  are  provided  with  a  pledge.  Bonds mast be

discharged till July 22, 1998.

The  revenues  from  issue will be spend for discharging of preliminary

bond issue.

JSC  'Hansabank'  Latvija  has  been  assigned  as  an  agent for bonds

registration and payments.
