Securities Market comission passed resolution on March 13, 1998:

1.  To  prolong  the  term  of second public issue of A/s 'Mangaļu kuģu

remonta rūpnīca' till July 1, 1998.

2.  To  register  changes  of  prospectus of second public issue of A/s

'Mangaļu kuģu remonta rūpnīca'.

With  prospectus  of  issue  can  acquaint in the central office of A/s
