On  March  24,  1998,  Supervisory  meeting  has accepted resolution of

Menagament  Board  of  a/s ' Staburadze' to consider on distribution of

profit  for  1997 at shareholders General Meeting on March 28, 1998. In

conformity  with  resolution of Management Board it will propose to pay

LVL 0.05 dividends per share for 1997.
