Public JSC Grindeks will co-operate with the Swedish medical chemistry
service company Syntagon
The Swedish medical chemistry service company Syntagon and Latvian manufacturer
of medicaments, Public Joint-Stock Company Grindeks on October 26 have signed
the memorandum of understanding about the mutual co-operation. According to
the signed document, the co-operation between Syntagon and Grindeks will take
place in two stages.
The first stage will continue from 2005 to the end of 2007 and within this
stage the co-operation and assistance between both companies are planned in
development of technologies for implementation of synthesis of active
pharmaceutical substances, analytical support for fulfilment of synthesis
projects, manufacture of active pharmaceutical substances as well as other
kinds of mutually advantageous co-operation.
During the second stage of co-operation after 2007 both contracting parties
undertake in full extent to actively continue and expand the mutual
co-operation in implementation of development projects of active pharmaceutical
substances and execution of orders.
