ADDITIONAL LISTING OF HARJU ELEKTER SHARES



The Listing and Surveillance Committee of the Tallinn Stock Exchange 

(hereinafter: the Committee) reviewed the application by AS Harju Elekter, 

filed with the Committee on October 08, 2004, for listing on the TSE Main 

List the 200,000 shares which were issued additionally as a directed issue.



Today, on November 04, 2004, the Committee decided to satisfy the listing 

application of AS Harju Elekter and to list additionally on the TSE Main 

List the 200,000 shares of AS Harju Elekter. The decision entered into 

force immediately after its adoption.



The first listing day of the shares is the second stock exchange day after 

the publication of the decision via the TSE information system, i.e. Monday,

November 08, 2004.
