On October 29,2004 Rigas Kugu Buvetava and France's CMN shipbuilding and 

designing group have signed a memorandum of understanding. 

This document has been developed after numerous negotiations and development 

of the concept of working questions.

In development of this document participated Rigas Kugu Buvetava Chairman of 

board Vasilijs Melniks, Chairman of advice Janis Davidovics, Chairman of 

“Constructions Mécaniques de Normandie”  Pierre Balmer.

This memorandum is intended for cooperation in building military ships and 

motor yachts.
