JSC “Ogre” reports a change in the shareholder structure



JSC “Ogre” reports that JSC “Baltijas Holdings” has disposed of all its holdings in JSC “Ogre” 

– 5,139,307 shares, or, 45.37% of the company share capital.

1.	On November 22, 2004 JSC “Baltijas Holdings” sold 2,873,661 public shares;

2.	On November 25, 2004 JSC “Baltijas Holdings” sold 373,646 public shares and 1, 892,000 

non-public shares.

As a result, JSC “Baltijas Holdings” ceases to be a shareholder of JSC “Ogre”.
