RESULTS OF A-SELVER FOR NOVEMBER 2004



The unaudited gross sales of A-Selver, 100% subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS,

for November this year were 119.1 million kroons (7.6 million euros), showing an

increase of 17 per cent over the same period last year, when the sales were 101.9

million kroons (6.5 million euros).



The unaudited gross sales for 11 months were 1 306.2 million kroons (83.5 million

euros), growing 20 per cent over the last year.



In November the number of purchases in Selver chain was 964 thousand, showing a

12 per cent increase over the last year.
