About transfer of shares of SJC Strenču MRS



Taking into account that SIA “Baltic Fund Securities Latvia” has been 

liquidated and excluded from the Enterprise Register on 8 December 2004, 

the Baltic Fund 1, L.P. as the sole shareholder of SIA “Baltic Fund 

Securities Latvia” has obtained all the 249 530 (two hundred forty-nine 

thousand five hundred thirty) shares of AS “Strenču mežrūpniecības saimniecība” 

previously held by SIA “Baltic Fund Securities Latvia”. According to the law 

and the property distribution act the shares were transferred to the sole 

shareholder of the company : Baltic Fund 1, L.P., registered office: C/O The 

Prentice-Hall Corporation System, Inc.,32 Lockerman Square, Suite L 100, 

Dover, Delaware 19901, USA on 16 September 2004.
