Changes in Council of IMJSC “Baltikums Asset Management”



General Meeting of Shareholders of IMJSC “Baltikums Asset Management” on 

29.12.2004 decided:

·	Changes in the articles. 

·	Release Indars Krīpēns and Ainars Leičenko who executed the tasks of 

the council member from responsibility and position.

·	Approve new council members: Tatjana Drobina, Roberts Rimša and 

Tatjana Dorofejeva.
