12th closed share issue of NORD/LB Latvija has closed

 

By this NORD/LB Latvija JSC informs that the 12th closed share issue of 

NORD/LB Latvija has closed. All shares issued in the mentioned share issue are 

fully paid. As the result of the mentioned issue the paid-in share capital of 

NORD/LB Latvija JSC have been increased by LVL 16.800.004 and now amounts to 

LVL 36.960.900.
