RSE requires Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīcai and Rīgas Transporta flote to improve disclosure



RSE Management Board resolved to require JSC “Rīgas Transporta flote” and  JSC “Ditton 

pievadķēžu rūpnīca” to improve disclosure practices, so that the companies 

comply with the standards set forth for I-list issuers.

 

On September 1, 2005 the RSE Management Board will review the compliance of the contents and 

quality of the information and the disclosure practices of these two companies with the 

disclosure standards for I-list companies. In case a failure to comply is identified, the 

RSE Management Board will consider applying sanctions pursuant to the RSE Rules.
