Surveillance cancelled for “Latvijas kuģniecība”



RSE Management Board on February 4, 2005 received from JSC “Latvijas kuģniecība” a copy of a 

letter the company has received from “Ventspils nafta”, which, among other, lists the nominees 

for “Latvijas kuģniecība” Supervisory Board, to be appointed by the EGM of February 11, 2005.  

The candidates for the Supervisory Board member positions are: Aldis Āķis, Laimonis Junkers, 

Vladimirs Krastiņš, Andris Linužs, Olga Pētersone, Uldis Pumpurs, Pēteris Putniņš, Ģirts Rungainis, 

Oļegs Stepanovs, Vladimirs Solomatins, Ansis Sormulis, Mamerts Vaivads.

 Thus, disclosing the nominees to Supervisory Board, the company has complied with the RSE 

requirements, and the RSE Management Board on February 7, 2005 resolved to cancel the surveillance 

status for JSC “Latvijas kuģniecība”. 

JSC “Latvijas kuģniecība” has been under surveillance since February 2, 2005.
