LLC “ITERA Latvija” decreases holdings in JSC “Latvijas Gaze”



07.02.2005 Joint Stock Company “Latvijas Gāze” has received a statement from 

LLC “ITERA Latvija” about decrease in participation at JSC “Latvijas Gaze” 

by 3 591 700 shares that constitute 9% of the Company’s shares with voting 

rights. 

Following the mentioned decrease in participation LLC “ITERA Latvija” owns 

6 384 001 shares that constitute 16% of the Company’s equity capital and of 

shares with voting rights. 

All the JSC “Latvijas Gaze” shares owned by LLC “ITERA Latvija” are put into 

public circulation.
