Additional Baltic Trust Bank mortgage bonds to be listed on the RSE



RSE Management Board on its meeting of February 16, 2005 resolved to list on the RSE Bonds 

list, starting with February 22, 2005, 12,550 BTB 3YR LVL mortgage bonds with nominal value 

LVL 100, placed via primary placement on February 10, 2005. The bonds mature on December 1, 

2007; the coupon rate is 6-month RIGIBOR + 1.25%. The RSE trading code is BTBBFLOT07.



RSE Management Board on its meeting of February 16, 2005 resolved to list on the RSE Bonds 

list, starting with February 22, 2005, 23,000 BTB 5YR USD mortgage bonds with nominal value 

USD 100. The bonds mature on December 1, 2009; the coupon rate is 6-month USD LIBOR + 1.25%. 

The RSE trading code is BTBBFLOT09.



Subsequent to the listing of the additional mortgage bonds, there will be 30,000 BTB 3YR LVL 

and 30,000 BTB 5YR USD mortgage bonds listed on the RSE Bonds list.
