JSC “Rīgas starptautiskā autoosta” Supervisory Board report on year 2004. 



“Rīgas starptautiskā autoosta” Supervisory Board has 5 members: G.Pilsums, L.Tenis, 

O.Vītiņš, A.Dobroze and G.Zariņš were elected on September 16, 2004. During the 

accounting period G.Zariņš was elected anew and A.Sīpols resigned. G.Pilsums is 

Chairman of Supervisory Board, and L.Tenis his deputy. 

In 2004 2 general meetings of shareholders, 11 Supervisory Board meetings and 38 

Management Boar meetings were held. 

In 2004 the number of passengers and serviced busses has increased, security has been 

increased in the bus terminal. Material investments have been made towards “Rīgas 

starptautiskā autoosta” development. The profit made in 2004 is LVL 13,490. Supervisory 

Board approves transferring the profit to reserves, to be invested in development.
