Einars Vaivods resigns from the position of “OT Grupa”  Management Board member



JSC “OT Grupa” Supervisory Board meeting of March 3, 2005 resolved to revoke Einars 

Vaivods from the position of a Management Board member, based on his resignation letter 

of February 28. 

There were no nominees for the vacancy.
