JSC “OT Grupa” information on the pledged real estate



JSC “OT Grupa” has disclosed to the Riga Stock Exchange the leasing deal of 

February 14, 2005, with SIA „Lateko līzings”. The deal is secured by 27 real 

estate items located in Ogre. As a result, “OT Grupa” has raised LVL 2,000,000, 

which were used to pay back the liabilities to AS „Latvijas Unibanka”  and SIA 

„Aurora-Baltika”.
