SELVER EXPANDS TO TARTU



On April 11, 2005 AS A-Selver, daughter company of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS,

concluded a lease agreement with a real estate developer Tarmeko KV OÜ for

operating a new supermarket in Sõbra street 56 in Tartu. The planned sales area

for the new Selver is 1500 sq m and the total lease area is 2300 sq m. The new

Selver will be opened in the end of 2005.
