JSC “OT Grupa” to auction redundant property items



To fulfill the resolution of  EGM of January 14, 2005, approving disposals of property 

items not required directly for manufacturing, with the purpose to increase the working 

capital and to decrease maintenance costs, “OT Grupa” Management Board on April 19, 2005 

will organize an auction. The redundant property items will be disposed of in an auction 

in order to increase both transparency and revenues. The auction will take place at 

4 Ikšķiles Street, Ogre. The property to be auctioned has been grouped in 6 lots.
