HARJU ELEKTER DIVIDEND AND STOCK DIVIDEND ISSUE



AS Harju Elekter will close the list of shareholders for dividend payments 

and stock dividend issue on 09.05.2005 at 8.00 a.m. 

 

Proceeding from the above, shares of AS Harju Elekter are traded 

cum-dividend for year 2004 and cum-rights for stock dividend issue for 

the last day today, on 03.05.2005. The shares will go ex-dividend for year 

2004 and ex-rights for stock dividend issue tomorrow, on 04.05.2005.

 

AS Harju Elekter will pay dividends EEK 4.40 (EUR 0.28) per share and 

will issue two new shares per each existing share.
