ADDITIONAL LISTING OF MERKO EHITUS SHARES



The Listing and Surveillance Committee of the Tallinn Stock Exchange 

(hereinafter: the Committee) reviewed the application by AS Merko Ehitus, 

filed with the Committee on May 04, 2005, for listing on the 

Tallinn Stock Exchange Main List the 8,850,000 shares which were 

issued additionally as a stock dividend issue.



Today, on May 10, 2005, the Committee decided to satisfy the listing 

application of AS Merko Ehitus and to list additionally on the TSE Main 

List the 8,850,000 shares of AS Merko Ehitus. The decision entered into 

force immediately after its adoption.



The first day of listing is Wednesday, May 11, 2005. Until registration of 

the increase of share capital in the Commercial Register and re-registration 

of the new shares in the Estonian Central Register of Securities, the new 

shares are marked in the trading system by a trading code different from 

the earlier shares.



Therefore, 8,850,000 additional shares (ISIN: EE3804003558) of

AS Merko Ehitus are traded on the Main List of the Tallinn Stock Exchange 

under the separate name MKO4T as from May 11, 2005.
