Changes in Supervisory Board



With decision no. 14 of the shareholders' meeting of Port of Tallinn dated

16.05.2005 Neinar Seli, Alo Kelder, Jüri Saar and Märt Vooglaid have been

withdrawn from the position of the member of the Supervisory Board and Neinar

Seli, Jüri Šehovtsov, Vilja Savisaar and Toomas Vitsut have been appointed

members of the Supervisory Board.



With directive no. 251 the Minister of Finance dated 16.05.2005 Rein Kuusmik,

Indrek Raudne, Koit Uus and Erki Uustalu were removed from the position of the

member of the Supervisory Board of AS Tallinna Sadam and Peep Aaviksoo, Margus

Leivo, Jüri Saar and Märt Vooglaid were appointed the new members of the

Supervisory Board of AS Tallinna Sadam.
