JSC “Kurzemes atslēga 1” signs a commercial pledge agreement



JSC “Kurzemes atslēga 1”  has signed a commercial pledge agreement in the name of Nordic 

Environment Finance Corporation. JSC “Kurzemes atslēga 1”  has pledged all its fixed assets 

(except for immovable property). The maximum pledge amount, to cover the potential claims of the 

lender,  is EUR 75,000. 



The total amount EUR 60,000 will be spent on development and installation of a new galvanization 

line, allowing to cover articles with chrome at lower temperatures. Apart from that, a new 

pre-galvanic process line will be developed. Both measures will allow cost savings for the company 

and reduce the amount of hazardous substances channeled to wastewater treatment facilities, and 

improve working conditions in the galvanization unit.
