Shareholders



The legally elected and authorized Board of Directors of the JSC Latvian 

Shipping Company (uniform reg. No.40003021108) hereby informs that an 

announcement about General Meeting of Shareholders were given by illegally 

elected and unauthorized persons. Therefore the announcements about General 

Meeting of Shareholders are not binding to the third persons, including 

the Shareholders of the Company.

Since there is a violation of the law all persons concerned have the rights 

to bring a claim to the court.
