CONVOCATION OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



The extraordinary meeting of SPAB Kauno Energija shareholders, which is to

take place at 12am, on 24 March, 2000 at the company’s assembly hall at 86A

Raudondvario pl. in Kaunas, will not be held as the company’s principal

shareholder (Municipality of Kaunas) does not have the authority to vote on

the agenda issues.
