CONVOCATION OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



At 12pm, on 27 April, 2000 the general meeting of AB Alytaus Tekstilė

shareholders will be held at 1 Pramonės St., in Alytus.

On the agenda:

1) report of the company’s Board for 1999;

2) report of the auditor on the company’s activity and financial statements

of 1999;

3) report of the company’s Supervisory Board on the company’s activity in

1999;

4) approval of financial statements of 1999;

5) recall of members of the Supervisory Board;

6) election of members of the Supervisory Board;

7) approval of amendments to the Articles of Association.
