according to the international standards.

2.  Financial statements of AB Utenos Trikotažas, UAB Utenos Trikotažo

Prekyba, AB Šatrija, UAB Gotija (Group) were consolidated as of 31 December

2000.

3.  Results of the Group are as follows: sales account for LTL 131.217

million, net audited profit amount to LTL 13.722 million
