APPOINTMENT OF THE CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD



At the sitting of the Supervisory Board of SPAB KaunoEnergija of

17 May 2000, it was decided to accept resignation of the Board, and to

appoint the Board including: Arvydas Augonis,Rimantas Bakas,

Gediminas Budnikas, Rymantas Juozaitis, Vidas Kazlauskas, and

Romualdas Škėma; to appoint Alfredas Sabaliauskas chairman of the Board.
