DISTRIBUTION OF A NEW SHARE ISSUE



On 26 June 2000, the first stage of distribution of a new share issue of

AB Alytaus Tekstilė will begin. The amount of the issue is 12 000 000 ORS.

The price of the issue is at LTL 1 per one share of nominal value of LTL 1.

During the first stage, the company’s shareholders who were on the list of

shareholders on the day of shareholders’ meeting (23 March 2000) that announced

the share issue have the right to sign the shares proportionally to the number

of the held shares. Duration of the first stage is 30 days from the beginning

of share distribution. The proportion by which the current shareholders will

sign shares of the new issue is 0.119745 for 1 (one) held share.

Distribution place is AB Alytaus Tekstilė, 1 Pramonės st., Alytus.
