ISSUER’S TRIAL PROFIT/LOSS ACCOUNT FOR THE 1ST HALF OF 2000



On 2 August 2000, the Board of SPAB Kauno Energija approved the balance

sheet of the first half of 2000. Total amount of sums payable and liabilities

exceeds the company’s  own capital by 1,11 times. During six months, the

company incurred LTL 12 333 627 loss.
