CHANGE IN THE AUTHORISED CAPITAL



On 25 August 2000, the authorised capital increased out of the company’s assets

by issuing 16714503ordinary registered shares and a new wording of the Articles

of Association were registered with the Register of Enterprises pursuant to the

laws on amendments and supplements to the Articles of Association of public

companies of the Republic of Lithuania and to Government Resolution No 577

Regarding Supervisory Boards of the Special Purpose Companies as of 23 May 2000

of the Republic of Lithuania.
