CONVOCATION OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING



At 10a.m. on 28 September 2000, a general meeting of AB Lietuvos Energija

shareholders will take place at 13 A. Juozapavicius St., in Vilnius.

The agenda is supplemented with the following issues:

1. Change of the par value of ORS of AB Lietuvos Energija;

2. Approval of Articles of Association of AB Lietuvos Energija.
