AMENDMENTS TO DRAFT AGENDA OF GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



On 22 September 2000, a sitting of the Board of AB Dvarioniø Keramika took

place. The sitting decided to supplement the draft agenda of the general

shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 19 October 2000, with the

issue regarding refunding of losses stated in the balance from the reserves.
