ISSUER’S TRIAL PROFIT ACCOUNT FOR THE SECOND QUARTER OF 2000



On 21 July 2000, the Board of AB Klaipėdos Baldai approved that the preliminary

profit for the first half of the year amounts to LTL 2 332 701.
