OVERTAKING OF AB KINTENĖ PROPERTY FOR DEBTS



Pursuant to the decision of Klaipėda district court in order to satisfy

the financial claim of AB "Klaipėdos jūrų krovinių kompanija” of LTL

14,206,618.58, the mortgaged buildings owned by AB "Kintenė” were transferred

to AB "Klaipėdos jūrų krovinių kompanija”. At the moment the property is

overtaken already.
