On 7 December 2000, a court in Klaipėda postponed until January 15, 2001

the hearing of a lawsuit filed by shareholders of Lithuanian Shipping Company

(LISCO), namely J.Ruginis, J.Lipšienė, and A.Kalinina. The Klaipėda district

court made the decision after a lawyer representing three minority shareholders

failed to appear in court. The court has decided to include into the case  all

shareholders of LISCO as third persons.
