DISMISSAL OF KĘSTUTIS LINKUS



Pursuant to the request of Kęstutis Linkus, the Supervisory Board and the

Management Board of AB Klaipėdos Baldai decided to dismiss Kęstutis Linkus

from the position of the Board chairman and Director General as of 2 January

2001.
