ISSUER’S TRIAL PROFIT/LOSS ACCOUNT FOR 2000 AND PROGNOSES



The preliminary unaudited pre-taxed profit amounted to LTL 56m, sales

constituted LTL 439m. The company’s Board approved the goal of achieving sales

of LTL 500m and pre-taxed profit of LTL 60m in 2001.
