MEETING OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD



Decided:

1)  To terminate the contract between AB “Lietuvos dujos” and

Director General Vytautas Mikaila at a mutual consent from 9 February 2001.

2)  From 10 February 2001 Mr. Vidmantas Čepukonis, current Director of

commerce, will be taking a position of Deputy Director General.
