REGARDING PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS FOR 2000



On 9 February 2001, the Board of AB “Vilniaus Vingis” decided to propose

to adopt the following resolution to the general shareholder’s meeting:

1.  to pay LTL 0.90 dividends per ordinary registered share of LTL 5 face

value of AB “Vilniaus Vingis”.
